ef battery draining

well first off it a 91 dx ef hatch with a mini me swap converted to mpfi and obd1
car runs great with a fully charged battery but after it drains it it wont start i got my battery and my alternator test both good

i noticed that my reverse lights touched and burned back some wires so im grounding out somewhere anyone have had this disaster to them?
which route should i go first new engine harness?

I would check before doing something like replacing a harness. Grab a test light and start going to town. Never know. It could be something really simple that could be a quick fix. A couple hours of searching could render several pennies saved.
