I have a Honda civic ex with a d16z6 engine swap and us running on a p05 ecu. when I accelerate with 1/4 to 3/4 of throttle it runs fine up until I get to 3000 - 3500rpm at which point it ignition cuts and spits and sputters and lunges forward and has zero throttle response. it also dose the exact same thing when I go full throttle. I changed the dizzy and plugs and wires. I did ignition timing and also changed the exhaust system and deleted the cat and resignator.
