GSR won't REV past 3300+ RPM

I pulled a couple of plug wires on my MSD Ignition system that fried a bunch of stuff.
Since then, I have replaced the MSD Blaster 2 Coil, my OBD1 Dizzy, Ignitor, ECU (x2)and Main Relay.
Now, it just purrrs at idle (1000 RPM), but when I try to REV it, it won't REV past 3300+ RPM???
When I do, the motor wants to BOG DOWN and will SPUTTER off and on...
I checked the TPS Sensor, my Fuel Pressure is good @ 40-50 psi.
It's like it is REV limiting, but at 3300 RPM.
What gives??? It feels like it's an electrical issue or a sensor or something, but where to look next??? Which sensor? Could it be the wire harness?

you check the MAF sensor?

Is this a recent swap into your 88 crx? Did you do a dp to mpfi conversion?
Which injectors are you using?

Check for CEL. Clear those codes, and then see if it still does it.

check your ecu or tps or maf
