H23 head swap. what is the best head to bolt on a H23 ( non vtec swap )

I have a fully build h22 head to block with high compression piston.I have skunk2 stage 2 cams in.What is the best cam setting for this set up.

I would start with Intake 1 degree retarded, and the Exhaust 2 degrees advanced. I find this overlap gives nice midrange power without losing too much on the top or bottom. The higher you want it to make the power, the more I would take that setup and retard the cams. This is just a starting point of course, and be sure to check your timing after every change.
