Well they spelled "simply" wrong in the ad, so.....
I don't trust ebay for stuff like gaskets, so I would stay away.

    longevity of leak

I have a 1994 Honda Civic EX, in showroom condition, with near 300,000 miles on it; garaged and highway miles most of it's life. Very minor rust just now in the rear. A month or so ago, the head gasket began to leak externally, rear of engine. It runs as always and gets 41 mpg at high speed cross country driving. I'm a car enthusiast and this car is mint mechanically and cosmetically. How long will it last before i seriously have to change the gasket, etc.?
