Hooking up IACV and other misc. water pipe...

Alright so Im not exactly sure where all of the small water lines go. I have the 1 hooked up that comes off the water pipe on drivers side to TB/IACV, and the one that comes off of it, but there is another nipple that comes off the water pipe and i dont know where it goes.

No one knows where this stupid thing is supposed to go? I have the hose that goes on it but I cant find where it goes.
