I have an exhaust leak at the manifold because one of the studs broke. Its a 98 2.3L vtec, sorry i dont know the engine name Hondas are still new territory to me.
I sure its going to be a pain to do. Which leads me to my next question
If I let the car reach normal operating temperature by idling and give it gas and so as the engine revs down it drops to 250 rpms sputters then dies. I have to keep giving it gas to keep it running. But if I let it die I can restart it immediately and its fine until I give it gas after it runs for a little bit. The only think of is that as the metal gets hot and expands the leak gets worse and by giving it gas the motor isnt able to build enough back pressure again.
I just did a complete tune on the car and it runs fantastic except for that. Drives like crap still after replacing a shift solenoid it was a little to late and the clutches that shift it from 1st to 2nd gear are toast.
