Well the fascia is different, but the underskin is a Mustang. And you know that the lack of a gas crisis in Australia lead to some nasty cars that we never got (Nor the world really got)

The Ford Falcon is Mad Max's car. This is the newer versions of that same car. They are 2 door mostly, but occasionally a 4 door slips through.

Ford put out some good cars over the years, the only problem is NONE were released in the US

ok I take that back, ONE good ford came out in the US the GT40

 

those race prepped Ford Falcons compete in the V8 Supercar Races over there. Those cars and the Holden (the Pontiac GTO) are big time rivals in that race series.

exactly my point. how could i like ford if the only car they have ever come out with over here that i could possibly like, is so far out of my price range it loses all appeal to me.

ford is borrowing something like 18 BILLION dollars for a restructuring blah blah blah
when all they need to do is bring some of the cars people actually like over here
the infrastructure is already there
the R&D is done
just import the fucking things
