Is it good to buy used BOV and wastegates or no?

Im looking for a BOV and a wastegate but im not sure if its good to buy it used or not like could there be any damage ? like leakage or something?

they do have seals, and theres a chance they could be bad... but as like anything, as long as it wasn't abused, it should be ok.
