Very doubtful. A dealership is not even going to want to touch it...

i was told that jdm obd2b ecus dont run immobilizer's... (do you know what yours is like obd2 a or b) i know that for getting rid of usdm ecu's that have them you just use the factory honda mechanics diagnostic tool and then you can reset the ecu to use the "code" that your key and ignition is sending to the ecu.....pretty sure its even in the manual....well the factory honda manual...but how do you know if its the immobilizer, or if its even a real jdm ecu....check here to find out if you have what they told you

here is some stuff i found, so im pretty sure if you do some looking in your area that there might be a mechanic who has one of these

actually the only reason it wont fit is because it looks like you are running a obd2 a harness with a obd 2 B ecu here lookie here....i used this same ecu on my 96 ek and had to order a harness from rywire...actually its for sale....http://hondaswap.com/parts-sale-tra...ion-wheels-pistons-rods-ek-dc-etc-new-197283/...
    shameless plug!

anyway good luck and i hope you figure it out:D

    OBDII ECU Connector Types
Please note there are two types of OBDII ECU connectors (1996 and onwards vehicles) The correct type must be specified when ordering. Both type use 3 connectors (for manual transmissions).
