I hate Ford Probes. They're ugly and one almost killed me once upon a time lol. No offense if you loved that car or something....

From what I understand, the engine/trans. in the Ford Probe's weren't Ford engines. They were foreign. Can't quite think of it exactly...Mazda maybe.... no ..... fuck it who cares.

I had a 97 b2300 pickup. I loved that damn truck

I can't tell if Mazda's been putting Ford shit in their cars, or vice versa. I know my b2300 was more or less a ranger, and I know my buddy's 05 protege sure as hell performs like a low end, fuel economic Ford. But then again, back in the day with the boosted GT probes, well I donno. I don't see that being their stuff, but then again the old saleen mustangs were boosted 4cyls.

Mazda and Ford have been conjoined for a while. Tribute=Escape, Ranger=B2000 the Probes did have a Mazda motor in them as well as some of the older Escorts.

I've never minded the look of the Probe really. I've never personally had one so I can't speak to the reliability though...

Ive seen APC stickers on a bmw once to match the huge aluminum wing on the trunk. Pretty disturbing if you ask me.

Next time I see one, I'll take a picture.

I saw a Benz the other day with 14" (might have been 15") wide rear tires, and rear fenders that had been knocked out to allow for them. Not to be left behind with the front's which were 9", with like sized fenders, PLUS a double-wing on the back, and 6-pipe exhaust. I don't doubt that that thing was fast though, because sane people don't put tires that big just for fun on cars.
