i have recently purchased 2000 civiv 1.6 vtec engine blown what are my options for mild performance
you can literally do ANYTHING you can think of to that car... and chances are someone else already has
so how much do you want to spend and what do you want out of it
I'd say the first thing you need to do for some mild performance is unblown the engine. I/H/E, suspension, brakes, some dope air freshener, and a couple stickers should do the trick.
i am a mechanic can rebuild engine, transmissions have 2.2 vtec 96 model with five speed i have dohc 1.8 integra head my 1.6 the block is shot the head is good what are my options the car is all stock five speed what block head cobinations could i use
You still haven't answered E's questions. Your options are literally endless, and limited by your budget, and imagination.
What are looking to get out of the car? Daily driver? Trailer Queen? Race car? Just all around badass ride?
daily driver want get it up and going bought the car the engine was already removed didnt know it was a vtec so i got an engine but its a 98 non vtec so i was wondering head swap or find a vtec 1.6 to put back thats why i was asking is there any cheap starter must dos while im in the engine is out will 1.6 vtec head fit on 2.2. vtec engine i have a lot of parts and have heard of some swaps but need to what works with what i proboly spend 2k in parts i can do all the work myself
What are you a retard? What's with your lack of communication skills? Even if you type slowly there is no reason to not use periods and commas. They make stuff far easier to read and you come across as a more intelligent and capable individual if you can form proper sentences.
if that "dohc 1.8 integra head" is a vtec head then take your b16 intake manifold and put it on that head then go read the "how to build a reliable ls/vtec" and have fun. there you go. spoon fed.
Separate names with a comma.
