I'm looking to spend about maybe 3500 on a car and wanting to know which is the best platform to start with... Here is the goal... B18CGSR V-Tec Turbo charged. My question though is which is best since its going to be my every day car and will ONLY carry two people... a Rex, Hatch, Or a Del Small... I'm liking the Del just because its a convertible but the other two are so light. Also trying to figure out which would be the easiest swap with the engine, tranny and everything... Thank You.

well it has the biggest engine bay, and its still a lite car,.all other hondas you have to cut and such to get some motors in them, the 96-00 you dont. and they have more room than other hatches

save up 9k, i saw an eg with a k20a2 in az on craigslsit, that would be a fun car! on a real note, i have a crx, i love it, it has its issues but most cars do, after that i would choose a ek coupe or hatch.

i did read you had no car, but you said you would buy another dsm, i said stick wth honda, and no i didnt see you had a gsr, but any of the hatches would be a great platform to work with along with a crx, dont get so offended wwhen i rip on dsms, its just a joke!
