Ok i am running a kinda of a wild port and polished head on a LS(B18B) and 3 angle valve job also with i/h/e right now and i was told it is in need of extra fuel cuz its sucking in too much air cuz of the p&p and thats the reason why it is sluggish.
so my quetion is. is this true? and if it is can i just use a Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator? or do i need like a s-afc?
 
Big fat crap on an adj. FPR. Get 310 injectors and some sorta fuel management, a la Hondata or Uberdata.
 
i highly doubt you need more fuel. get some sort of datalogging system if you have the resources, uberdata, hondata etc. Dyno with a wideband O2
 
Definitely sounds like a little tuning is in order. An english and/or a typing class would also help your car run better.
