whats the best way to edit a pre-existing pdf file?

i can print tax returns to the electronic file cabinet, and then convert them to pdf, but i want to be able to remove some text...
    any advise on cheap/free programs?

ah, i got pro 7 trial version, 30 days which is prob more than enough for me

i do taxes, and the returns print with my boss's info on them...
i'm trying to do my moms and brothers taxes, he knows about it, but i don't want his name as the preparer on the forms, so i need something to edit pdf's
7 seems to do the trick but you have to be very careful or else it moves the whole form to shit...
good thing there is a back or undo button
    lol

so anyone need their taxes done on the cheap... HS special y0...
