When i got my car 3 years ago the Front Passenger and Rear Driver windows never worked. The rear driver window regulator was disconnected so i plugged it back up but it made no difference. Last year the other two windows just stopped working (no warning). I checked the fuses under the dash and replaced them all. They still don't work. So all door panels are off and all plugs are connected. bought new master switch and door switches. any help???

I personally have never had power window problems. What year is your EX?

Maybe the previous owner wired in some weird accessories and didn't reconnect everything when they were taken out? Maybe something else died- a relay maybe? Trace all your wires and check things one section at a time.

Try switching out you under-dash fuse box.

A friend of mine bought a theft-recovery vehicle and was having problems with the windows. Thought it was the harness, did a harness swap and still nothing.
Switched the fuse box around with a spare and the windows started working again.

Try this if it works. :)

There is a 20A fuse for each window... check all four.

Also... there is a brown looking relay in the upper left corner of the fuse box. When the key is on, the relay sends power to each of the four fuses... if the relay is bad, none of the circuits will be hot even if the fuses are good. The relay has two "locking ears" that must be released in order to remove it. If the relay proves to be bad Honda gets $125 for this part... try rockauto.com $28... part comes in a Honda wrapper.

Ultimately... if the relay is good, and the fuses are good, and the switches are good, and all the connections are good, the motors could be bad. Not likely that all four motors would be bad, unless the car was in a flood.

Buy a cheep 12v probe tester at any auto parts store and start tracing at the fuse sockets. With a good relay, and with the key on, and with all four fuses removed, one side (or the other, not both) of each fuse socket should be hot.

After this, it starts to get complicated... you have to "prove" that voltage is getting to and through the switches, and ultimately to and through the motors to ground. Even if the entire system is intact, if there's no ground you still have nothing. Don't forget that there is a "master switch" at the driver's door window switches... make sure it is in the correct position.

    Good luck!!!:)
