Just recently they've been starting to make kits for Escorts. There's the Buddy Club kit, Onderground kit, Spydar Auto kit, and Andy's Auto Kit.

Different Escort. Thats a turbo 2.0 with 300 hp and AWD. It's a European spec Escort. Nothing in common with the US Spec 2nd generation GTs, or any USDM Escort.

I still show respect to other peoples interests. Just because someone doesn't know about Escorts doesn't mean they're pieces of shit, but because they're not well known as sleepers people tend to overlook them. Thats why I want another one.

Brian, i would make it an autox'er with a little show thrown in like that gold escort in the pics on page 1. put on a clean body kit, projectors, dope racing rims, race-spec coilovers, sway bars, strut bars, bushing kit, gutted interior, roll cage, exhaust, turbo, the works and your escort will be badass! i voted race.

Andys auto sports kits are horrible. I ordered the kit for my malibu, and it wasn't even close to fitting.

my sister had a 93 lx or something. it ran decent, traded it for an 01 focus littered with problems.

my ex had a 93 hatch, the auto tranny blew i dont know how many times...



it all depends on the vehicle itself really, not the line of cars. then again i feel ford is a big mistake to begin with.

really? I dunno. Everyone really likes the kits out for Scorts. I was never really into show before performance so I didn't want any kit before my 1.8 was built and turbocharged.

well i guess its obvious that i need to make it an auto-xer..hehe. more than likely its gonna be an NA monster. im looking to get between 160-180hp out of it (car only has 127hp stock outta the 1.8L DOHC motor). anywho...thanks for the support and comments because i need as much of this as i can

yep. thats the badass wrc Cossie. Those are more closely related to the European Cosworths over anything in the US market.
