WRX Sellout
Hey everyone,
I finally offloaded my wrecked Accord to a guy in Oregon (that B was kind enough to hook me up with) that's thinking of restoring it to working condition.
Anyway, my question is....I know I've got to sign the back of the title over to him, then he signs it, and the car is his.
Thing is....he's two states away. Does this mean I need my signature notarized to make it official, since we're not in each other's presence? Or can I just sign it and call it official?
Any help will be appreciated.
And B....what sort of finder's fee do you want?
