Question regarding hub swap.

Hey HS, my first post outside of a meet thread. I'm probably going to be getting an EG sedan or coupe from a friend, to turn into a circle track racecar.

Thing is, I have some chrome steels to run(max class size too, 14x7), but the bolt pattern is an Accord one. How simple/difficult would it be to swap in Accord hubs to the Civic? I cant run Accord suspension, I just need the hubs.

Sell them and get ones that fit your setup.
It will save you quite a bit of a headache from happening.
