1000 square feet

I've seen 2 bedroom condos bigger then that lol.
Ask TTP I believe they also have trailers bigger then 1000 SQFT

I've been looking at a few townhouses with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and they are in the 2000-2500 sq ft range.

but as far as being out in the midwest... yup thats how it works if you go to a shitty part of the country where you make crap pay the houses tend to be really cheap.

$500K house here could be worth $200K bucks, 200 miles south of here.

all in where you want to live.

yup...my folks in NM have 40 acres...and the price of land out there is cheap...

Danm, thats super cheap for a house. Even in the little town i live in (olivehurst california) a 1500sq ft home on a 1/4 acre lot is like 200-250k.

Yeah in Jersey my girlfriend's parents sold their 3 bedroom condo, living room, newly refinished kitche. 1 1/2 bathrooms. and a big room/downstairs for $215k.

They just sold their old summer house in a lake estates development in PA, half a mile from the biggest lake in PA. 4 rooms. 3 full bathrooms. three levels. new kitchen. living and family room. All that for 160 or 180k...I forget what it was that she told me, but definately one of those two numbers.

The comparison between those two homes, location, and price is crazy.

Its awesome that you have a place to call your own that you're happy to have and is right for you :D :worthy: Now finish all those damn projects!

My friends condo in fells point baltimore went up about 80% in value the last 3 years 2 bedroom 2 bathroom worth about 350K now. He works in real estate and said the condo on the top floor was listed for $1.5 millon not sure how many bedroom/bathrooms but shit! 1.5MIL!

prices around here piss me off.

If I buy a house in baltimore for 160K however that same house around where I live now cost over double that no matter how much of a shit hole it is.

allllll in the area
