tie rod ends?!?!

while doing my swap, i noticed that my passenger side tie rod end was pretty fucked. the rubber boot thing around the bolt was tore to shit, and the joint was exposed and the grease was alll kinds of nasty. so i went to the parts store and picked a new one up.. i cant get the old one off!!! i've sprayed it with PB blaster and it just wont budge! anyone know a good way to get that shit off?!

btw, this is on an '89 civic DX (rack & pinion steering)

basically lube that bitch up and hit it with a massive hammer.
