So what will it take for everybody to stop talking shit about lesnar? His first fight is against for former title holder. If he wins this, he should be about 3 fights away from a title shot.

If you guys get a video, post it up. i don't want to pay $50 for another UFC.

ahh someone else who pays attention to this shit, this should be an interesting fight though, lesnir has the advantage in standup but I think mir has it as far as jui jitsu, should be very entertaining. I may be able to post it a day or 2 after the program has been aired.

Word we'll know how good Lesnar is quick fast and in a hurry.

I think he'll win but my main concern is that he'll develop "Houston Alexander Syndrome" and try do showcase all the things that are seen as his weak side, and get owner by Mir doing it. Even if Lesnar lives up the the hype (and I think he will), you simply cannot try and get too creative when you're up against a former champ who lives and dies on his Jits.

One interesting note, When Lesner was in high school they sometimes trained alongside a Jujitsu club who they shared space with. he said there was allot of trading going on, so he's been pretty familiar with it for while now, even if he didn't start training in earnest until two years ago.

If Lesnar plays the aggressor and dictates the fight he wins, if he tries to be overly cautious or let Mir dictate the fight he'll prolly make and early mistake and be tapping in the first round.

If there's an "oh shit moment" in the fight I would bank it will focus around Lesnar's raw strength, I would bet the house that he's more then capable of slamming Mir like Hughes does to his opponents

i'm worried that he might try to do that also. he needs to stick with the ground and pound and end it quickly.

my prediction: lesnar circles and bullshits for the first two rounds until he gets popped in the grill a couple times and gets pissed off. if that doesn't happen, it will probably be over early in the first round with either guy finishing it quickly.

MMA TKO will have the fight posted the day of or the day after the event.

This should be an interesting fight. I'm a supporter of what Lesnar could do, but I haven't seen the kind of shape Mir is going to show up in - he's quite a large fellow himself. If he pulls a BJ Penn and gets his ass in shape, its going to make Lesnar's job much more of a challenge.

I'm just going to make an off the wall prediction and say mir will take it in the 2nd round by submission

ground and pound would be good, he showed so much power while in a full guard that when he landed a hook both firghters would rotate like 10-15 degrees, his power is obviously his upside. Infact his one win is via submission, Lesner never attempted a submission in the match, that should tell you about what it feels like to catch his fist

"A former title holder who has been pwned in every fight since he returned to the world of MMA."

This is just another warm up fight for your future husband.

I don't know, Lesnar seems like he has the upper hand but with strikes, it's a throw up.

If I had to bet, I'd probably put it on Lesnar.

thank you for another illustration of how clueless you actually are, Mir won his last fight handedly and the guy wans't a cupcake, but I'm not suprised you couldn't stop jerking off to "Only The Strong" long enough to know that...

you get on hondaswap, see a thread with Lesnar's name, in the title. Then you click the thread, read it, and get mad it's about Lesnar?

Only someone from California could manage to pull that one off

no, this has been a long running battle between cam (silverchild) and blanco/cash.

the only thing to make everybody happy is if lesnar won the title then died the next day.
