Hi all i am fairly new to honda, well modding wise anyway, i am about to purchase a 1992 honda accord 2.2 which i believe has an f22 engine in it(uk spec) now over here nobody does these cars up so i want to be different and either supercharge the existing engine or do an engine swap, most likely seems the h22 dohc from a prelude. If anyone can help i will need to know any problems that i will face from either, and how to get around them.

At the moment i have a vw golf which pulls me to 60 in 6.8 seconds, i want better performance figures from my next project.

supercharging your f22 now, which is over 11 years old = big boom.

h22 is your better chopice because they have more potential right from then get go.

from what i've heard, you will have to customize one of your motor mounts from the h22, wire Vtec, knock sensor and iab. other then that it should be pretty straight forward.

I've been in this golf, it's an Audi 2.0 litre lump. The car was made in 1984!
This guy wants to get rid of the VW because it's a fags car (Jesse from fast and furious) and he's bored of painting his fingernails black.

the guy in F&F drove a jetta not a golf

there are so many better cars to buy in europe than an accord. get an XR4ti or an escort cosworth or something
