it is possible that the fuel lines could be dry you may have to keep cranking it until fuel can get to the injectors, how long did it sit with the sines open? if more than a few days it's possible.
Doubt it would be the fuel pump, filter.
Double/triple check all your lines vacume lines, everything, i am sure you have done that though.
Check the fuel presure regulator? See if anything engine side involved in giving gas to the engine is acting odd
Might want to try and get some OBD1 injectors because I don't think you can use OBD0 stuff with an OBD1 car besides the motor. I could be wrong but it's my $0.02!
