3 Attractive females all at once. 
In seriousness, I have a list of major future goals and ten goals of the week that I develop at the beginning of every week.
Goals for the summer include;
1) Make $12,000+ at my summer internship
2) Develop lasting work relations to serve as a foundation for future employment opportunities and other network building related activities.
3) Put on 10lbs of lean mass.
4) Deadlift 400lbs by September 1st.
5) Flat press 100lb dumbbells for reps by September 1st.
6) Squat 300lbs for reps by September 1st.
7) Better myself as an individual.
8) Continue a meaningful personal relationship and grow.
Goals for a lifetime;
1) Be happily married and be a good father.
2) Pay off any future mortage by age 40.
3) Travel to atleast 3 different countries I've never been to before.
4) Happily and meaingfully employed at a gainful job.
5) Have atleast 3 passionate hobbies that I can turn to for comfort.
...to me, these are some important things in my life, off the top of my head. Perhaps not the most exotic goals that I've dreamed of in my head before but the most meaingful to myself.

4. Get debt free.
5. Quit my job
6. Launch my own business (Has been in progress for over a month now, but has to wait until I am debt free. Hence #3.
7. Remodel the kitchen
8. Remodel the Bathroom
9. Remodel the master bedroom
10. Rent the house out
11. Buy another house. Much, much larger this time.
12. Get Black Widow into a threesome with me and the wife.
13. Let the wife in on this plan.
14. Auto-x prep a crx and get back into racing.
15. Get rid of the BMW that is hogging real estate in my back yard.
16. Repair (if possible) the sail boat I fubar'd last year.

Totalburnout- You reminded me of one of my other goals. Every destination I travel to, I want to speak their language. I've got French, German, and bits of others down, but I need to teach myself more Italian.

1) Get Married (June 23rd 2007) and then go to a Lake Blackshear resort and do it like bunnies...
2) Sign the contract to have my first home built
3) Get my accord running
4) Go on a week long cruise with my new wife (July 14th Caribbean)
4) Make sure my first home gets built with the best quality
5) Move into my new home
6) Pay on this house for the next 5 years because I will be locked into this mortgage for the first 5 years...
7) Get a better paying job and after the 5 years is up on this house...find an available lot and do the building process all over again on a bigger and better home...
8) Maybe sometime within the next couple of years have a baby...
