zex and timing issues

here's what i got:

93 hatch with jdm gsr motor
i/h/e
zex with a 65 shot

NOW:

i am using a kenji all motor ecu chip and i need to know what do you guys think about how much i should retard my timing? i was thinking four degrees back should be good, what do you guys think? i have read that other people using the same ecu put theirs 2 degrees back only and were spraying a 75-100 shot on their gsr motor.

i would like to spray tomorrow, so any help would be good. also, i will be running 93 octane gas.
