All things I can't ask for from anyone.

Within reason, I can buy myself anything I want.

...a few exceptions being crazy things like an Aston Martin DBS, Ferrari 599, Porsche Cayman S, etc.

Honestly, I prefer that people be thoughtful and give me something that shows they understand me as a person and care. Still waiting on some classy ties and dress shirts from anyone who has paid attention enough to understand my likes and dislikes. Also would like some art of shaving or similar classic gentleman shaving type stuff to cope with the razor burn I get on my neck shaving everyday for work. If by some miracle people pulled those gifts out, without having to ask me, I would be very content.

I know the feeling of being able to provide for yourself and still a feeling of emptiness. When I was with my girlfriend and making much less money and living a normal college life, I was far less stressed and far happier. Shitty coming home and not having someone to lay your head next to at night.
