adjustable coil over on 93 accord

I just purchased a set of adjustable coil overs for my accord but it doesn't come with instructions. Can some one help me with this?

Not yet. I don't think I can use the stock struts. I am going to get some KYB ones when I get paid. Can you use adjustable coil over sleavs with stock struts?

Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it...

If you're going to drop your car down a decent amount, the factory struts will probably be blown before too long. They're designed to be used with factory springs, not slammed down on coil-overs...

Yeah, I was gonna say, I kind of doubt that they're legit. I'm fairly certain that Tein only makes full coil-overs and then non-adjustable springs. There aren't actually a whole lot of legit companies making coil-over sleeves, it's mostly just cheap E-Bay crap...
