I wish I had more time to browse, I never saw this thread. I bought a PS3 and MW2 a few months back. I'm moving into my new place this weekend and will be buying a new TV shortly(hopefully). I play like once every 2 weeks between work and school as of now, but it should change after I move. I'll give out my tag then because until, it will just be a friend playing if I'm ever on.
I hit 70 pretty damn fast with my friends playing while I'm at work lol, but screw prestige. I don't have the time for that.

damn its nice to not have the care package glitch. i got on for 2 matches yesterday (in between my sons feedings) and have to say I did a hell of a lot better killing fools instead of having to shoot down all their damn air support

what is the care package? and i played for a few hours last night.........got my ass kicked alot. its hard for me to get in the groove of it... but when i do i8 am sure i will be getting more than 3 kills on average some times none mostly 1-3 a few times i got 5 or 6. is this normal or do i really suck that bad?

a care package is a special delivery after a kill streak. a helicopter drops a big box. it has a random upgrade in it.

thats why you race to the air drop and camp. then shoot the fuckers who glitched it.
I was averaging 3-5 kills the first time I played. I'm averaging 10-12 now, with an occasional really good game where I get 20 or so. I think it really depends a LOT on who you're playing with, both your team-mates and the opposition. I was doing Team Deathmatch in Quarry last night and was just raping the other team. I had 22 kills. Later I played Quarry again with a different lobby of people and got my ass handed to me. I don't think I even got 10 kills that time...

yeah, it really depends on who you play with. i HATE playing with a team of campers. nothing pisses me off more than when i'll run by someone on my team that is camping, then an opponent will run right past them and shoot me. my teammate does nothing.
thats one benefit of hardcore, you can kill your own teammates. i average about 2 rescues a game. i get annoyed when i have teammates that only get 5 deaths and 5 kills. it means they aren't doing shit.

Well if you've racked up a huge number of kills and deaths, then your K/D ratio is going to change more slowly then it did when you first started. That's just a simple question of math...
One thing that really annoys me is when you're playing a team game and your team is pretty good at successfully holding down a position and you win, and then you go to the lobby and the losing team starts bitching about how your team is a bunch of campers. To me, there's a BIG difference between being a player who can successfuly defend an area and being a camper. In my mind, camping is when you find a spot (high ground, dark doorway, warehouse rafters, etc.) and hunker down and just wait for people to run past so you can kill them.
On the other hand, if your team can successfully hold down one side of the map and win the game without a full on run-and-gun assault, then I don't see how that's camping. I mean, if I can stay on one side of the map and the other team just constantly comes at me with guns blazing and I'm raping them anyway, then I really don't see the need to go seek them out, know what I mean?
