dumb harness question

I'm picking up a z6 tomorrow and I was wondering seeing that I want to convert to obd1 from obd0, could I just use the z6 harness or would it not work because it wouldn't match the interior harness?

jummper harness, and DPI to MPI on the engine.

Even if your car was already MPFI the z6 harness wouldn't work because the shock tower plugs are different. The problem has everything to do with OBD, not injector set up.
