This order should have never been processed or shipped to begin with. I checked with my local post office and they show the item was delivered, but I never recieved it. Cancel the order, as was requested before it ever shipped, and refund the account immediately.


5. Robear states my initial email for cancellation was AFTER shipment, and proceeds to imply that I am a criminal.

I apologize, but it was never cancelled by you.

I did get an email after it was shipped.
You can return it for a refund, but it was delivered.

You cannot use the USPS to do fraudulant claims. This will result in collections on the address it was delivered too.

If you check the date and time of the original email sent to you, you will see that it was immediately after the order was placed, and well before shipment; you never cancelled it. As I had stated previously, I never recieved the order, and originally assumed it was canceled, but that you were taking long to process the refund back to my account. I'm not sure why you would even mention fraudulent claims, unless you are trying to imply something. Do not let this go any further and refund my account immediately. This is the fourth time I've requested it, please resolve the issue now.

Why would you get a refund for an item that was delivered?

The USPS shows delivery to your address.
LIke I said, return it for a refund.

I've already informed you that 1) the order should have never shipped, and 2) I never recieved the order, so, process my refund immediately or I will take further action.

You as the vendor can take up action with your carrier, and that is your responsibility. I cannot return an item that I never recieved. If you would have done your job properly to begin with, the situation would have been resolved.

Complaint Text
An order was placed with Robear Racing online on Monday 9/27/2010 at 4:10am. At 4:15am, an email was sent with instructions to cancel the order immediately. The order was never canceled but processed anyway. There was never a response to the cancellation email. I waited to receive the item so I could ship it back immediately for refund. After checking the tracking status, the item showed as delivered. I contacted my local usps office, and they stated it was left at the door. I informed the seller that the order should have never been processed in the first place, considering a cancellation email was sent 5 minutes after the order was placed, and asked for a refund back to the account since the item was never received.

Resolution Sought: I want seller to refund my account for the full amount of the order immediately.

This has gone on long enough. You seem to have a fine record with the BBB as a reputable business, so I would assume you could appreciate my frustration in the fact that my interaction with you has not reflected that reputation in the slightest. Now, it seems your company is not a scam, but I can only go by my personal experience.

You have received money for an item that was ordered, but never received. It is your responsibility as a merchant to correct this for your customer.

The BBB isn't the only site I used to research your company, and you do have a history of similar problems.

Make this right. Thanks in advance.

You never cancelled the order on the website, emails do not constitute cancellation.

YOU MUST LOG-IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CANCEL THE ORDER. EMAILS DO NOT CONSTITUTE CANCELLATION.

Like I said, if you dont want the item, return it. It was not lost by USPS.

About the BBB, if that is only course of action, then so be it.

I will repond to the claim appropriately.

The BBB is not the only course of action. I've told you multiple times I have not received anything from your company, yet you keep implying otherwise. I would be more than happy to return anything I had ever received from you if I had received it, to be done with you and your company, but again, that is not the case. I've tried to resolve this with you ammicably, but you prove again and again to be ignorant to the claims of your customer, stubborn in your unfair, and most probably illegal, business practices, and to add insult to injury you repeatedly imply that I am some kind of liar, and have even gone so far as to state that I am involved in fraud.

You are a fraud. What you're doing is defrauding an individual out of his money and not only will I not allow you to get away with it, I will make known to any potential customers of your company, the tactics you've used on me, as an individual.
 
I would like to share my experience with others so they can possibly avoid a situation like this. If the seller refunds me, I will be glad to post an ammendment to the previous, if not, then I believe reasonable consumers will not deal with a merchant like this, thereby causing him much more of a loss than the money he has taken from me.

On a side note, I rarely post, and may be unaware of where this type of post belongs.

To me, it sounds like you didn't follow the proper steps to cancel the order. You should have called, or went through the cart provisions. emails are not always acknowledged in timely fashion by smaller shops.

And, it's not their fault if someone stole it from your porch.... the usps doesn't lie.
 
Why didn't you call the shop? Telephone calls are the best way to get something taken care of.

This. I would NEVER count on an email to cancel and order ...never. The thing about USPS, all a delivery confirmation is, is that the package was delivered to a zip code, not an address. So someone may not have stolen it, the mailman may have left it on someone else's porch, and when they scanned it, it will show delivered. Contact your local USPS station, and find the driver for your route, and ask them where they delivered it, and don't let them BS you.
 
So basically what you're saying, is that YOU made a mistake and didn't take steps to efficiently cancel the order...


sounds like you should've either not fucked up in the first place, or done a better job of cancelling the order.

Who pays that much for hood pins, anyways?

Hey Christian..glad you are doing this, most people who post on here about us are in the wrong.

If we suck or am a fraud, why did it get delivered 2 day after you ordered?

Also, no signature is needed for PayPal orders of $250 or less. So I did follow the rules according to PayPal, how you chose to pay.
Also you attempted to do a reverse charge on the account, and PayPal found in my favor, saying to "Return the item" for a refund.
