i just ran mine straight down. dumped basically just below the oil pan in the bay

mines routed straight into the cabin

on a serious note, its routed almost exactly as b said. it dumps right below the pan, 6" or so from the pan.

ive seen that video.. i think thats the downpipe, not the dumptube

i have seen a few cars with them coming straight out of the bonnet i know its a bit extreme but it looks and sounds awsome, a real head turner (and burner lol)
