ok quick question if i drop an h22a into my del sol can i keep my ac?

yes if there is space to. imo ditch the a/c... that's what the top comes off for...

k lets say i run a h22a setp in 95 del sol chipped ecu header, xahust, 2.5 inch piping would probly be good for this application i think. and then CAI using somthing like a obx or greddy evo muffler.

What kinda noise will all that make cause i have 2.25 pipe now and a crappy muffler and it is loud as can be.
any thoughts on how to free up my air flow but still keep it quiet at lower rpms?

flowmaster muffler and 2.5 pipe is good. throw a resonator in the mix for an even quieter setup.

HCP makes one for sure- there are also other ones out there. Check all the mount companies.

front mounts and crossmember

ok i looked up the kit and saw there is the 3 mounts and then the ac bracket mount. Will i need the front mount and crossmember or can i skip buying those?

I think you can skip those. If you look at other mount manufacturers' sites, most mount the engine with only 3 mounts, not 4.
