I am still going with the JRSC but I may have hit a small snag.
I have been talking with the people at Hasport and I am trying to determine now
if I can get the Jackson to fit next to my upgraded Brake Master. I put
in a 1" dia. Master to support my upgraded brake system and their might
be a...
Thanks for the Hasport link. I hadn't seen that before.
I have hasport mounts and linkage. I'll give them a call.
I am not looking for max HP. I am looking for consistent
power from bottom to top and a system that will last and
not overstrain my motor. As far as cost, by the time you
bring the...
Has anyone out there have any experience with putting a Jackson Supercharger on a 1991 JDM B16a1 motor with a PR3 ecu?
Mechanically the Jackson Civic Si 99-00 Kit is correct for this motor but I am concerned about the electronics. I have rewired my 1990 Civic dx to accomodate the PR3 ECU. If I...
And just what part of it is worthless.
The part where I want to use an A/F gauge to look at the A/F mixture?
Or maybe the part where I am using 2 single wire O2s on a PR3
I refer you to:
http://www.hondata.com/techo2problem.html
My PR3 is looking for that narrow signal.
The ECU is using that...
I have a PR3 Ecu and a Field SFC vtec Controller.
I just got an Autometer Air/Fuel gauge.
I want to be able to see the results of the changes I make on the Field with
the Autometer Gauge.
I have a 4 into 1 header and I have added O2 bungs to runners 2 and 4
up by the head to simulate the stock...
Your disk isn't in backwards.
Put it in neutral.
Check that it is in neutral by climbing under
and checking to make sure your linkage is in the mid position.
Disconnect the clutch cable.
You will still have to push on the clutch to
depress the clutch interlock switch.
Start it.
If it starts...
I had to cut and reweld my clutch bracket to a lower position to get mine
to disengage. The clutch cable was so tight it wouldn't disengage.
I posted a photo of my bracket. See Album #953. It lowers the flange 1" from
where it started. It was just cut and reweld. Works well.

Not absolutely neccessary but I would and did.
I used the 4040 proportional valve from a teg.
I got mine with the teg trailing arms as part of the package.
It only took about 30 min to switch the proportional.

The B16a has 2 additional wires in the dizzy.
A green/white one and a green/yellow one.
They are Cylinder position sensors.
Both neccessary for mpfi.
From a Dx harness you will end up with 2 unused
wires, and you will have to add 9 wires.
You will have to switch at least 2 wires on the ecu.
Add...
Yes, Intake manifold.
This is a booster and master from a 90 -93 Integra. I believe a 4 door LS.
Advanced Auto lists the same Master Cyl. part, Cardone #112544
for both the 93LS, 93GSR and the 97 Type R.
Advanced also lists all three as having the same booster part #.
I used the front...
I have posted some pics in my gallery #947.
It was a pretty straight forward swap.
The nasty Honda gods placed the upper booster
nuts in barbwire, or so it seemed.
I had to loosen and move the intake aside to get out the
old dx booster and put the new Teg monster in.
The 1" master had 2...
I used a 4 into 1 DC Header and after alot of research and alot of opinions
I decided to put the O2s where Honda meant for them to be.
If you put them too far down stream they won't get hot enough to send
a good signal. The single wire O2s are not pre heated.
If you try to use just one and cross...
Got the new booster in.
FYI.
To put the booster I just put in, you must remove the Intake off of
a B16a motor to put the booster in.
In fact, You must remove the intake to remove the small stock dx booster.
I couldn't get the pushrod out of the firewall or back in without taking the intake
off...
Thanks for the response.
I have energy suspension/prothane throughout my car.
Front and back.
I couldn't find any info on the booster in the archives, just the
post on the ITR 1" master.
I truly wasn't planning on taking out the motor, just the intake
if it would make it easier.
Thanks again.
I have upgraded my 90 dx hatch with ex front brakes and integra trailing
arms in the rear, 40/40 proportional valve and I just purchased a 90 to
93 integra booster and master off of Ebay.

I received them today and was suprised to find...
