just make a loop..you know how 1 hose goes through the firwall into the heater core and another comes out,just take those out and use 1 big hose and male it loop around,thats what i did..good luck..oh nevermind sorry bro you are installing a new heater core?if so then dont do what i did

i would make sure everything is plugged in correctly and all your grounds are checked before starting it

i would remove anything that is blocking the filter,it doesnt matter what other people think and if your not lazy you could just clean it out whenever it gets full of bugs.

what motor/car do you have?

when you put the new intake on did you hook everything up correctly?

if you want to use the "made in japan" oem filter then use this part number 15400-PCX-004. it is for the S2000 and it will fit your honda...

dont worry dood its kinda hard to mess up wrapping a header..did you get instruction with your wrap?if so read them,did you get the straps for the wrap?..good luck

its not hard if you know how to take your suspension apart..i did the tie rods(which you wont need to do since you have the jimfab bar,lucky guy)and i did the front sway bar endlinks which is ez with the car on jacks and another jack to to push the sway bar up and then you can install the end...

basically if you have the money,tuning/motor skills and want big hp then go with some kind of turbo kit,but you better know your stuff..if i had big bucks i would slap a turbo on..but i dont so im goin for reliability and ofcourse whatever power i can get..good luck with your project,that goes...

i have the ES master bushing set for my crx and they make a big difference..definatly the tie rod bushings,makes your turning,braking,accelerating all more responsive..now i want to get the jimfab bar for the ultimate upgrade.someday

are the jdm b16 head bolts TTY?..so you dont think is hould re-use them or is it possible?what are the torque specs for the head bolts?...thanks for the reply's
