Yup, it should be a straight fit. Had covers from a b18b and b16a sitting next to each other, and were pretty much identical. As far as I can tell the extra material for the taller deck blocks is in the upper covers
sleeve the gsr block to 84mm. with the gsr crank it will make about 1.9lL from memory, and you get the benefits of the oil jets/better balanced crank etc
