    Trans parts

The transmission in the hatch is shot (grinding and such). I know the casting will not work because of mounting and hydro vs cable, but will the internals out of the crx trans work in the hatch's casting.

The manual for the crx said to use 10w30 oil for the trans. Is it the same for the s1 teg also? Anyone know how much goes in it other than pour till it runs out the plug?

90 Or 91 Integra Axles In 1988 Crx

Put these axles in the crx and when I tightened down on them the wheels locked up. Took it apart and seen the dust shields crushed the rubber seals on the axels. The teg ones are bigger. Do I need to put the teg bearings in the crx or do I need to change something else. I removed the metal race...

    Axels And Shift Linkage

The axels are out of a 90 integra. The outside boots are shot. Do I have to take the balancer and everthing else off one end just to put this on? Where can I get just the bands to put the balancer back on with? Also my shift linkage has no rubber bushing at the trans. Do I have to get this from...

Need Help With B18 Into Crx

Just got the b18 bolted in. Got down to the picky stuff you always hate. Is the firing order on the b18a1 the same as the original d16? Are Spark Plug wires in the same place on the cap? I see now the cap and rotor button are different but will the wires off the d16 work on the b18? Also my...

    Axle Boots

The axles for my swap are in disrepair. They seem to be in good shape as far as being tight but the boots are torn. I know they will not last like this. While at Auto Zone the other day I seen new boots. Are these a pain to put on? Do you need a special tool to put the bands back around the...

    Three Mount Kit ?

Putting a b18 in a CRX. The HCP kit came with only three mounts. Another guy told me that you don't use the side trans mount under the radiator anymore. Just wondering if the engine and the car both had four mounts from the factory don't they both need four now! Or is it where the new mounts are...

    Hcp Mounts

Swaping a b18 in place of a d16. Did I read the part about the front cross member mount being a option correct. This is a three mount kit. If I want four mounts do I use the stock d16 mount on the b18 or the b18 teg mount for the front crossmember. This is my first swap I'm a tad confused.

    Update From Screwed By Jdmshit.com

Awhile back I sort of trashed these guys. After the mount kit came in it actually looks pretty good. Just wanted to say they did come through in the end. BUT LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR TO ANYONE ELSE. You could die of old age before what you ordered comes in. It took four weeks and two angry phone...
