He is just asking if it will bolt up. Yes, if it is a d-series then it will bolt up to your stock manual tranny and your motor mounts. Now if you want it to run then that is were your problem starts.
If you want to put this in your car the best thing to do is wire it up for multi point if it...
First off, get rid of the 4 speed tranny if you want to "scoot" around town as you say. Second any D-series engine will bolt up in your car. Most without modification. 3rd If you want to get the most out of you standard hatch it would be best if you switch from DPFI to MPFI.
that blue plug is for cruise control i believe. And the question about the 90-91 wagon cluster, yes it will work. I have a 90 wagon and have switched between the hatch and 4 door clusters in my wagon.
Did you remember to swap your TPS wires around?
Just saying when its wired right there are no cels but it runs like crap, if you tps is still unchanged then its telling your ecu that your at WOT.
IDK it sounds like it makes sense doesn't it?
I would say that since you did not have power to the injectors when you had the PG7 ecu in and you did have power to the injectors when you put your old ecu back in, then I would say that the PG7 ecu could be bad. Try another ECU. PM6, PR4[90-91 teg] and see if that works. Sorry your having such...
DPFI to MPFI ?'s
Okay guys, I got a 90 civic wagon and I'm going from DPFI to MPFI
My question is how rich do you think its going to run?
let me explain,
I used an engine harness off of a obd-0 DA for my parts that I'm going to need to do my DPFI to MPFI. Dizzy plugs, injector plugs and the...
If it was the ignition switch then it would not have turned over to begin with. Sorry about your luck man, hope you figure this out. Maybe try to borrow someone elses ECU to see if that may be the problem.
He is talking about the rotor not the hub. If the part number is the same then yes it will work. And I agree with BrokenRex, If your going to do a swap then get some DA hubs and some SI axles although I'm not sure if they are they same are not. HF and SI axles. Pssh even if you don't plan on...
The CRX Community • View topic - CRX gauge cluster switchable?
In this thread there are the pin outs for the 88-89 cluster and the 90-91 clusters
If your trying to install a 88-89 cluster then you must re-pin your 90-91 plugs to work with the cluster.
Hope this helps.
