Im about ready to install a VAFC on my B16a, and i was jus curious, if i dont mess with any of the settings (aside from vtec engagement) will it still run the same as not having it installed... or will i have to tune it to even drive it?

Ive got an automatic pr3 ecu w/ an auto motor (im assuming anyways) How well will the ECU adapt to auto cams or vice versa, will i run into any problems? Do i need a new Dizzy(manual) for the pr3 (manual) ecu? or will they connect right up? thanks in advance.....
