1989 Accord Sei

hey guys, just picked up an accord sei. its an 89, full leather, moonroof, power all. decent car. what does it have for an engine. kinda feels underpowered. what kind of swaps can i do that are realistic. any aftermarket support for this motor?? let me know the route you guys think i should go with this car. thanks in advance
