Btw! Was able to hangout long enough today to see the Plasma Heli-Arch CNC cutting out the sway bar mounting bracket! Man that this is amazing and so smooth. 2 brackets 10 seconds

Motor and Drive shaft goes in this weekend. Should be a great time. Now I gotta start looking for my milspec engine harness to connect my hondata and get the header made.

Ugh, wires. lol

Sorry for the long wait everyone. I have updates. Rear end is up and in place complete now. Got the braking system in and the fuel cell complete. Motor is back in and the drive train is almost complete. Will be installing the drive shaft tomorrow and tweeking the suspension little more. For now everything is back from fabrication and the car is a good rolling chassis. Fuel system plumbing and brake system plumbing will happen this month coming up and we hopefully will get an engine harness in 2 weeks or so. Get ready. Its going to be crazy.

This is our new B sereis Air to Air intake manifold. We collaborated with Hayward Performance to create this intake manifold for B series motors to run air to air supercharger systesm. This manifold is just a mockup manifold for a gsr head however this manifold once finalized will have provisions to mount the TVS Magnusen series blowers and the Magnum Powers 90ci 1500cc Superchargers. It features a 90mm inlet and provisions for adapters integrated into the manifold for running the TVS 1320, 1900 and 2300 superchargers and the Roots Magnum Powers MPX90 Supercharger.

This is the blowqer in the old mounting location as a mockup for Charles Warners MPx90 Supercharger with the new inlet for our 102mm Throttle body for the manifold. This blower will be removed from its original loation and placed onto our new air to air manifold for mockup and testing on low and high boost on a stock GSR and our built LS-vtec motor.

Pickerd up a 1320 Performance Ramhorn Header for the test fitting of the MP original mounting location and designed another one using solidworks for the new intake manifold mounting location. Also went coil on plug and ordered the BWR cap and coil cover. Also picked up a Timing belt tensioner to help keep the belt nice and tight where it needs to be.

Started the wiring for the Active Aerodynamics and Gyro stabalized suspension. During this time working on the car I picked up a sponsor Heritage Racing./ BeeWired who will take our mockup engine and chassis harnesses and milspec them for the final install using ampseal connectors. The suspension uses a combination of arduino micro-controllers and the onboard Windows 0 vehicle computer system to adjust the aerodynamics on the front and rear of the car and all 4 struts compressiona nd rebound.

Designed a new header and sent the file to my Fabricator for construction and assembly. We are using 2" primaries, 3" choke, to a 3 1/2 collector and downpipe to a stainless steel magnaflow exhaust system with this Supercharged B series motor. The header will be made out of Iconnel Steel and utilizes VBand couplers to attach the components together. Will use a single 5/8" bung for my Innovative LC1 wide band o2.

Using a 102mm Throttle body. I placed it here so everyone can get reference of how large this throttle body actually is but it will be mounted to the front of the Supercharger. The other picture is of the new intake manifold we designed for our high hp supercharger kit using the Magnum Powers Supercharger. This will mount the blower to the lower portion of the intake manifold and use our COG drive belt drive system and a Ford Lightening belt tensioner.

This was the mockup engine harness we used to prototype our engine harness. This harness was made of 16 gauge tinned marine grade wire and was designed to allow for placement of the blower in front and or behind the engine and the alternator to be placed in front of or behind the motor to trend with the changing configuration in testing of our supercharger.

Here is the initial placement of the MPX90 Magnum Powers Supercharger. This primary configuration will allow for the blower to take the place of the AC compressor and will supply air to the intake manifold through an air to air Treadstone intercooler core measuring 12"T x 24"W x 4"Thick. Will use twin 2.75" inlet and exit from the intercooler using Vibrant Racing vband couplers.
