6th honda civic gsr swap

Okay, I swapped a Obd1 Gsr in a Honda Civic 1998 EX. i did all the wiring. Am using a obd1 alternator and obd1 distu from my gsr. I also did the Crank sensor bypass. Here the problem the car will barley try to start i have to crank it a few times, when it does start it will idle a bit and then it will die when i push on the gas pedal. what cause this? Also am still running the obd2 ECU that came with the civic. Even using that Ecu wouldnt it still Idle?

obd# of dizzy has to match the ecu. so yea thats probably why its runnin like crap

still having a problem even using the jumper harness, but this time it actually worked once. the car ran like normal intill i try to crank it back up again

An OBD2 D16Y8 ECU will not correctly run an OBD1 GSR engine. Pick up the correct ECU with matching wire harness.
