90 rex SI b16a pr3 ecu help

I have a 90 Crx SI with a b16a swap a Pr3 Ecu

The problem I am having is, it is ideling wrong. When I give it gas it feels like it loses power, and like its dragging slow. My oxygen sensor is not hooked up. I think that is the problem, but I'm not sure. I need some help on how to hook it back up. When I had it on a lift I saw the wire was cut, and can't see where to hook it back up, or find a pinout or diagram. Is this were my problem is?

No that o2 wouldent make you car run like that.
Besides the o2 are you throwing any codes?
Sound kinda like ur cars in limp mode....
The wire connects to your o2, in the manifold..
Im not sure where it goes 2, but look for a single cut wire like black...or green i think.
