yea thats the first thing i changed can u test them

Yes you can test them. You will need an ohm meter to do so. On the connector for the resistor box there are 5 wires. 4 of which are the same color and one is differant. Connect one lead from the ohm meter to the single odd color wire, use the other lead to test the other four wires one at a time. You should see the same reading for all four.

hmm if you changed the resistor box then it must me something powering it.
hopefully the test shows something.....

have you checked the fuel lines for clogging or anything pinched?
