aight people.....was thinkin bout doin a b18 block and b16 head wat would be the best set up to use? plan on a turbo in the near future as well. please help me.

I want to use it as my dd, but when I go to the track I wanna have a nasty car. I know that by next summer I will be hooking up a turbo of some sort. But for the time being was told the b16 head would add compression and power. I'm hoping to do all this for a fairly reasonable price but deffinitely not the cheapest route. Been contemplating on using nos further down the line but for the time being am just planning on using boost. Was trying to get a take on what brands were the best for being fairly reasonable on my wallet.
