The dude said 230 for the rims they come with tires too and he said they r all clean. Do you think this is a good deal r what?

Not really- those wheels go for about $250-300 with good tires on them these days...

really? i tryed getting some from my area (orlando) and they were like 400-500 same with si wheels and such. thats cool.

Look online- the GSR rims have been around for a while, so they don't command the same premium as the 99-00 Si rims do.
