anyone that has done the swap i was wondering i know you us the civic harness but does anyone know exactly what wires need to be extended and what else needs to be done exactly

With any engine swap the best thing to do is get the engine in the car and then lengthen the wires accordingly. It would be very difficult to know exactly how to modify your harness before fitting it to the engine. It may sound more difficult because the engine will be in but it is actually much simpler.
