99 civic si needs to pass inspection

My friends bought a 99 civic si and the inspection expired and an o2 sensor code and throttle position sensor code came up it has a 94 h22 in it so there isn't a throttle position sensor at all. How do we get it to pass the OB2 inspection?

not happening...unless the state you live in allows and OBD1 motor in an OBD2 car

What exactly does an emissions test consist of? I've never lived in a state that required it.

Other than that just weld 14 cats on your exhaust.

Thread is old.

Emissions are visual and a reading of the exhaust coming out of the tail pipe.

Hardest part is the visual in the inspection...especially if its in CA and the smog guy knows what's up with Hondas
