i have a friend that swapped ob-1 gsr motor into his 91 teg , and for some reason sometimes it idles high, and also there is a hesitation when you ease on the gas, and is it true that older hondas are known to have problem with the little fuel computer, i guess thats what you coudl call it , any advice would help !!

Thats a cable tranny right? check to see if the clutch cable is getting up on your throtle. it happened in my CRX. I went to acura and got these clips you bolt on the top two bolts of your valve cover. They hold the clutch cable up outa the way and looks real clean. The "little fuel computer" is the JDM computer im guessing. it really doesnt matter what comp you have.
