accord idle problem

ok, so here is the situation. my friend has a h22 swapped accord, with full exhaust, aem intake, aem cam gears, apex-i vafc, and skunk2 manifold. the problem is that the car idles at around 2 grand, and i cant figure out why. i tried to adjust the idle screw but it is all the way in, and it seems like all of the vaccum lines are hooked up. i know the timing is good, and everything seems fine. so yea, if anyone has any ideas let me know.

Check your Fast Idle valve ( Not IAC Valve) I seems to be possibly bad and when you start the car it idles high form the last shutoff. Just a try won't hurt
